All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Saffron Hair Ltd cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods but not the delivery charges. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or

(b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. You will then need to return the item(s) either to one of our stores or by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. Please see further the Returns Policy for information on how to cancel your order after receipt of your products.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.
If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item,If you are unable to provide proof of purchase at our store we cannot return or exchange the goods.
